Day in the life of a Troubleshooter Warehouse

　　As a Troubleshooter at Outbound, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Outbound team. You will report to the supervisor, and you will support the Supervisor and Team leader outbound and their team in fixing both day-to-day issues with systems, processes, and machines as well as more structural issues. You will be encouraged to use Lean tools to further optimize existing warehouse processes in the area of outbound and related processes/areas.

　　As Fluke produces and sells a wide range of products you will come in contact with / or get experience on among other things Lithium Batteries and Dual Use items, Finished Goods and Spare parts, Pallet sized calibrators, and items of just a few millimeters.

　　Responsibilities

　　70% - Responsibility for day-to-day issues solving in the area of shipping (FG/SP and Kits)

　　30% - Project / Training / FBS / Improvement projects in the warehouse environment

　　Participating internal process improvement events regarding shipping

　　Analyzing / Developing and Testing improvements in pick / pack / ship / kitting processes

　　Training material handlers and assisting team leader to monitor the progress of the trainings.

　　Liaison with team leader/trouble shooters about issues, feedback for the process improvements to meet targets.

　　Your Team

　　As a troubleshooter in the warehouse team, you will be working in an international dynamic environment in the middle of the EMEA supply chain. You will work in close contact with the other warehouse groups, but also with planning, logistics and compliance.

　　Experience

　　Bachelor - Technical/logistical education.

　　More than 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.

　　Experience working with warehouse management system software.

　　Experience with MS Office / Excel.

　　Personal Skills

　　Strong analytical skills

　　Flexibility with overtime
