The Recovery Admin/ Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for providing administrative/clerical assistance to the Recovery Manager and/or DSC department. The ideal candidate is very detail oriented and views their work as their self-portrait. The Recovery Admin/ Accounts Payable Specialist exercises excellent judgment in performance of tasks that are both varied and moderately complex.
We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined individual who excels in a team environment, who takes ownership and who is enthusiastic about a job well done.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide assistance to the Recovery Manager and/or the DSC team
Review invoices for proper general ledger account and cost center and contacting other internal departments or external agencies to research missing information and/or resolve discrepancies.· Ensure the accurate, efficient and timely payment of vendor invoices
· Act as a backup for certain functions within the Recovery area and/or DSC department
· Assist with leading special projects as needed by the Recovery Manager and/or the DSC department
· Ensure compliance with policy and procedures
· Present a professional image

Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent/ Bachelors degree preferred
2 -4 years of work experience required/ 4 – 6 years preferred
· Previous collections experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
· Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
If hired, you are eligible for $1,500 signing bonus. $500 is payable after 30 days, $500 after 90 days and $500 after 120 days of employment.
