Job Description

　　This position will be part of Global Treasury Operations team based in Bangalore, India. The role requires subject matter expertise in Treasury b Operations function related to settlements, payment processing using SWIFT and Bank Account Management. Responsible for managing an experienced team executing settlements of treasury related cash, securities, swaps, foreign exchange, intercompany transactions, and others which includes confirming, initiating, and transmitting transactions in banking systems and Swift medium for worldwide regions handling multiple currencies. To support Intel Capital related activities like setting up custody accounts, facilitating equity settlements, handling corporate actions and smooth execution of the same. Involves interaction with financial institutions, banks, and internal/external business partners worldwide to facilitate the process of settlements and payments processing. Also involve bank account management activities involving documentation related to account opening/closing/managing signers/KYC updates. Maintain up to date records of all banking data. Also contributes to treasury related projects like Swift, Treasury Process Automation, Treasury Management System upgrades, efficiencies with documentation handling etc. Be a part of various controls and compliance activities like statutory audits, SOX and operational controls. The role requires close interaction with a team handling investments, FX and liquidity based in India, EMEA and US. Considering that the team operates on a "Follow the Sun" model, the role also requires close coordination with the Treasury Operations team based out of Costa Rica.

　　Qualifications

　　- Candidate should possess a post-graduation or MBA/equivalent qualification with at least 5-7 years of experience in Treasury operations- Managed a team in the role of a People manager or a Team Lead. Ability to motivate the team, goal setting, performance management and drive positive cultural values- Experience in handling ambiguity and complexities in TreasuryOperations- Ability to influence banks, and financial institutions and related internal and external stakeholders to support business and create value- Ability to comprehend treasury end to end process flows including investments, liquidity management and FX. - Excellent analytical and communications skills, ability to multitask.- Knowledge of banking and trading transactions using SWIFT - Experience in FIS/Quantum applications and/or SAP S4 HANA payments hub will be an added advantage

　　This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
