About the Role
Uber is seeking a Treasury Manager to join our Treasury Team based in Amsterdam. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Cash Management, you will lead our International Cash Management activities and play a critical role in refining and shaping Uber's global banking infrastructure to ensure we have efficient global liquidity, and optimizing cash balances!
What You'll Do
Manage and direct a team responsible for international cash management activities such as daily cash and liquidity management, banking operations, short-term cash forecasting, and related treasury functionsOversee funding strategies for subsidiaries and ensure seamless execution in collaboration with Legal, Tax, and Accounting, aimed at optimizing cash reservesEnsure timely completion and adherence to all accounting, financial reporting, audit, and SOX requirementsCollaborate efficiently across FinTech, FinOps, Accounting, Tax, Compliance & Reporting, Intercompany, Strategic Finance, Payments, Legal, Corporate Development and other relevant cross-functional partners to address and meet funding needsDrive improvements in processes and implement emerging technologies to optimize banking infrastructure to support rapidly evolving business requirementsServe as trusted advisor to business stakeholders, offering expert guidance and solutions to enable growth and drive changesSupport wider CAO and Finance org with ad hoc requests to meet business needs
What You'll Need
Minimum of 5-7 years of cash management experience at a top corporate or financial institutionBachelor's degree in Business, Finance or AccountingExceptional communication and organizational skills, strong project management acumen, and ability to multitask seamlesslyPrior managerial experienceAdvanced skills in data and financial analysis are highly beneficialCTP, CFA or MBA is a plusPublic company experience in a large multi-national preferredEnthusiasm about Uber!
