　　Otis Elevator Company is searching for highly motivated candidates interested in starting a career in finance!

　　This a year-long paid internship starting in April/May 2024 continuing through April/May 2025. The position is full-time during summer and breaks and 15-20 hours a week during the school year. Throughout your internship, we provide continuous training and performance feedback to ensure you develop the necessary skills to succeed. Additional career opportunities may be available upon conclusion of a successful internship. 

　　The Otis Finance Internship program provides valuable exposure to the structure of our global finance organization while giving hands on involvement with a wide variety of financial and operational requirements. This program will encourage early career talent to build on their skills, knowledge, and experience.  

　　On a typical day you will:

　　Assist the team with data collection and analysis, reporting, reconciliations, treasury systems management, creating presentations, and various other ad hoc tasks. This is a challenging internship that requires MS Excel skills such as pivot tables and charts.

　　What You Will Need to be Successful :

　　Please note that this is a corporate finance position based in Farmington, CT.

　　Prior internship experience is required. This is a hybrid position with 1 to 2 days a week in the office.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or IT systems

　　Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment 

　　Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills 

　　Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage several simultaneous projects and responsibilities 

　　Excellent analytical skills are required
