Treasury Analyst - Italian Speaker

The Treasury Analyst, Treasury Operations EMEA, is a key member of the Global Treasury and Intercompany Operations (TIO). TIO has approximately 170 colleagues located across our regions managing liquidity, foreign exchange, banking (and related intercompany); product, services, and transfer pricing settlements; and intercompany financing as part of a global process. In this role, The Treasury Analyst will assist in the management of Day-to-Day Operations of the Pfizer GBS Treasury Dublin Liquidity Management (LM) Centre of Excellence. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for liquidity management for Pfizer businesses in European markets within the scope of the LM Centre of Excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare cash forecasts in a timely, accurate and complete mannerEnsure all funding transfer requests are processed and approvedActive management of local bank accounts ensuring balances are minimisedActively monitor and manage cash account balances ensuring accurate money market deals and FX transactions are executedMaintain bank account documentation with partner banks opening/closing, signatories updates, KYC, etc.Manage Treasury Accounting transactions and step plansEnsure that the highest levels of integrity, internal control and compliance are always maintainedEnsure all operational activities and controls are operated in accordance with approved global processes and procedures, including SOPs and Corporate PoliciesLeverage existing Technology to drive process improvements and straight through processingContinually work on the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, including Corporate Treasury, Controllers, RMC, Audit, Corporate Tax, and othersParticipate in strategic Treasury and Corporate projectsRepresent the Treasury Operations function on cross functional/site initiativesKeep abreast of the latest Treasury practices and technology
Required Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree ideally with strong business/finance contentExperience in Treasury or related functionTreasury Management systems/SAP experienceStrong analytical and organizational skillsTeam player who can operate effectively as a member of a dynamic teamExcellent communicator with strong presentation skillsAbility to demonstrate flexibility in thinking and approach in response to changes in the business environmentDemonstrated ability to develop relationships with other GBS teams, and the wider Pfizer finance communityDemonstrated problem solving and innovation skills
