The Headlines :
In the role of Treasury Analyst working in Milwaukee you will be part of the Record to Report team. This person will be responsible for managing and performing cash flow forecasting for the Molson Coors North American business units. Coordinates and drives CI initiatives impacting both Business Unit Treasury activities and in support of Global Treasury initiatives, as well as being a liaison to IT.
Performs financial analysis and activities in support of key initiatives and projects in the dynamic Global Business Services environment.
This position reports to the Record To Report Team Lead and works collaboratively both within Treasury and with various business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of activities and the migration of additional activities.
The Responsibilities :
Monitoring receipts and disbursements and investigates and resolves payment/collection issues
Perform all month end and year end processes applicable to the Treasury function
Partner with Global Treasury to update cash forecasts
Investigate and correct significant overages or shortages from forecasted balances
Communication with banking partners to investigate and resolve issues with transactions
Assist with implementing new banking products and services
Monitor compliance with applicable Unclaimed Property state laws
Responsible for budgeting and forecasting activities
Monitor all applicable policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvements
Ensure all control procedures surrounding the cash function is adhered to
Work with Technical Accounting, Internal Audit and SOX teams to maintain an effective control environment.
Provide all required support for internal and external audits.
Facilitate the identification, prioritization and implementation of Treasury CI projects, includes the consolidation of US and Canada cash activities
Collaborate with IT to ensure system capabilities are leveraged to effectively deliver treasury activities and to meet strategic objectives
Support the company’s working capital goals through financial analysis
Prepare routine Unclaimed Property analysis and filings
Collaborate with external consultants to support the Unclaimed Property Audit requirements.
Collaborate across functions to ensure compliance with payment card standards.
The Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Finance or a related field; MBA or CTP a plus
You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Corporate Treasury department is preferred.
You have strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SAP.
You have prior experience with on-line banking products & services preferred, or a proven ability to learn new systems.
