Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday; Hybrid schedule, one day a week in Home office based in Seattle, WA

Treasury Analyst Purpose:
Thrive’s accounting department provides services to corporate and property operations, ownership entities, and redevelopment. This position will provide treasury support services to our accounting and operational teams. This position will report directly to and work closely with Thrive’s Corporate Accounting Manager.
Treasury Analyst Responsibilities:
Maintain property and corporate bank accounts.
Build and maintain a centralized treasury environment, including a ticketing system.
Monitors daily positive pay exceptions and makes decisions as needed.
Review daily cash positions of all assigned bank accounts and work to resolve any cash shortfalls.
Assist with opening, closing and modifying bank accounts.
Maintain professional relationships with multiple banking contacts.
Process request tickets for banking access, stop payments, bank statements and other banking requests.
Initiates electronic fund transfers, such as wires, ACH’s & interbank transfers.
Assist accounting team with treasury research as needed.
Assist with training for treasury tasks as needed.
Assist with property distribution & contribution requests as needed.
Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with petty cash card research.
Performs other tasks, projects, process documentation, and process improvements as directed by manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or other related field preferred
1+ years of treasury experience preferred
Experience with financial statement preparation preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred
Experience with Microsoft suite products
