About Public Relations Specialist R23164

  "Software Engineering Manager, Research Engineering, FactSet Research Systems Inc., Norwalk, CT. Manage a team of software engineers or projects within the Research Engineering department. Duties include: Review product requirement documents; problem solving and working on high-level (operational or architectural) issues to ensure effectiveness of products under direct management; implements and tracks development timelines, and negotiates feature sets with development leads and product teams; sets goals and mentors development of ongoing projects; provides guidance and direction to team on software design and implementation; reviews code changes and submissions; presents technical and operational issues to senior management and sets deadlines and priorities for team members; helps to coordinate recruiting, training and new hire onboarding for immediate team. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree, or higher, or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related technical field and 2 years of software engineering industry experience working with HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON, AJAX, Node.js, Vue, git, Object Oriented Programming, experience with developing and support new applications. Front-end application development, working with the Product Development team on incremental product feature addition, diagnosis and resolution of client bugs and issues, and loading of client and third-party data. Must also have full life cycle experience. Basic pay range is one hundred fifteen thousand dollars to one hundred forty five thousand dollars per year for full -time employment (Mon. - Fri. 9-5).
