Description

　　Responsibilities:

　　Treasury Management:Oversee and optimize daily cash management processes.

　　Monitor and analyze financial transactions to ensure efficient use of funds.

　　Implement strategies to maximize returns on investments and minimize financial risks.

　　GL Reconciliations:Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts.

　　Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

　　Year-End tasksAssist in year-end activities, including standard reporting, 1099 preparations, real estate payments, and check runs.

　　Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to financial reporting.

　　In-House Tax FilingsManage and prepare in-house tax filings, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

　　Stay updated on tax law changes and implement necessary adjustments to financial processes.

　　Calendar managementEfficiently manage the accounting team's calendar, coordinating deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

　　Communicate and collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and meet organizational objectives.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

　　Proven experience in corporate treasury and general ledger reconciliations.

　　Knowledge of tax regulations and experience with in-house tax filings.

　　Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
