　　BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for Treasurer.

　　Key Accountabilities

　　· Ensures the controlling and follow-up of treasu ry situation

　　· Elaborates, transmit-reception and count payment and charges

　　· Carry out short-term treasu ry forecasts

　　· Make bank reconciliations

　　· Assures the accordance and proof of invoices: quantity, price, type of payment and expiration date.

　　· Controls and accounts employees expenses registered in the appropriate software for the purpose (Concur)

　　· Preform accounting reconciliations

　　· Guarantees clients and creditors billing (complain if necessary)

　　· Works closely with the financial department in information analysis and accounting.

　　· Respect workplace safety and cleanliness rules

　　· Comply with environmental, safety, health and energy, quality, and prevention standards

　　· Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, Practice and Schedule 

　　· Respect workplace safety and cleanliness rules 

　　· Respect and comply with environmental policy rules 

　　· Perform other tasks not included in the activity for which he was hired, when the needs or convenience of the service justify it, for the period necessary for the said needs or conveniences of service 

　　Education & Experience

　　· Degree in accounting, economics or management

　　· Relevant experience in the field will be valued

　　· Knowledge about IVA / IRC treasu

　　· Good computer skills

　　· Interpersonal Communication

　　· Fluent in English will be valued:

　　· Knowledge in German/French

　　· Knowledge of SAP ERP Systems and US GAAP

　　· Previous experience in automotive industry

　　· Fast learning and action oriented

　　· Ability to prioritize
