Traveling CNC Maintenance Technicians Needed in Lafeyette, IN.

　　Job Duties:

　　CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, CNC Machining Centers, Robotics, Grinders

　　Will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding mechanically in the following areas: hydraulic, pneumatic systems, rebuild spindles, gear boxes, motors, conveyors, valves, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic pumps.

　　Indicators, Spindles, TIR, change out spindle cartridge, complex gear boxes, set gears, mesh/backlash.

　　Successfully diagnose a ball screw issue

　　Employee will be given CAT computer/tablet to log work orders and maintenance performed

　　Manufaturing facility.

　　Climate controlled, and very clean facility.

　　Qualifications:

　　-Ability to diagnois, troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment idependently

　　-Ability to use Siemens controls

　　-Machine Repair
