　　Pay Package:

　　Total Weekly Gross (Based on 40/hrs): $2,917

　　Total Taxable on Paycheck: $1,848

　　Total Allowances (Not Taxed on Paycheck): $1,477

　　Requirements:

　　CA Physical Therapy License

　　Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy Experience

　　Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy Experience preferred but not required
