MAKE A DIFFERENCEA Transportation Specialist as anessentialrole within our frontline operations at ATS. You will utilize your communication and problem solving skills to keep the Vans business unit moving forward after "normal" business hours by assuming the responsibilities of Fleet Manager, Planner, and Customer Service Representative. As a Transportation Specialist, you will develop and support strong driver and customer relationships by providing a high level of service and build trust and mutual respect with your drivers and customers. You will anticipate needs and take proactive measures to ensure positive outcomes to champion ATS's corporate values –Integrity,Determination,Responsibility,InnovationandExcellence.
OPPORTUNITYTransportation Specialist is responsible for meeting the needs of ATS Drivers and Customers.
Monitor, manage, and provide feedback to assigned fleet of drivers through verbal and written communications.
Promote & support ATS Safety Values and Driver Safety initiatives.
Proactive communication with internal partners; CSRs, Planning, Sales, Safety, etc. regarding any issues that may impact Drivers, Customers or ATS.
Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment while upholding ATS guidelines, policies and values.

HOURS:
Three 12 Hour days - Fri-Sun 12:00pm-12:00am
COMPENSATION:
Where there is challenge, there is reward - competitive base salary along with a training incentive. Realistic first year total compensation can range from $60,000 to $65,000.
