　　Support regional and global buyers through price and contract analysis to achieve service and price that meet operational objectives and in accordance with Cat’s long-term carrier strategy.

　　Support buyers to establish service provider selection criteria and evaluate those service provider’s capabilities against these criteria.

　　Work with service providers to establish business reviews

　　Drive visibility of transportation rates/services through new or existing technology platforms / rate cloud

　　Act as commercial point of contact for spot quotes requests for our internal customers.

　　Drive resolution regarding overdue outstanding receivables (track on-time payments to providers), missing rates and on time delivery.

　　Dashboard creation to facilitate procurement activities

　　Requirements:

　　Strong knowledge of EAME transportation market; cost drivers and capabilities of carriers.

　　Bachelor degree, preferably in logistics or equivalent through experience

　　Minimum 2 years of progressive job-related experience as an analyst

　　Skilled Excel user

　　Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Good communication and collaboration skills.
