Job Description
The opportunity
The Transition Management Admin works closely with Transition Manager who is the main point of contact and responsible for managing operational changes.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the Operations Leader, Learning & Development Team, Work Force Management and HR (Talent Acquisitions and Recruitment Operations) to pro-actively share information needed for a successful fill of hiring needs.
Support new hire onboarding support – understands Talent Acquisition capacity, works on Training logistics, system access setup and Asset deployment.
Administer changes on New Hire onboarding from change of start date to hiring fallouts. Coordinates with Technology team for any cancellation and changes to ensue right access and assets are provided before start date.
Understanding business needs to support project transition and help establish change
Works closely with Transition Manager in the delivery of successful initiatives in a timely manner based on project objectives and success criteria
Promoting and enabling a high degree of collaboration among Operations Leaders
Production of high-quality business requirements; including but not limited to creation of documentation
Identification and escalation of key risks, issues, and dependencies, as well as cost benefit trade-offs among a variety of options to align with overall project and program objectives
Support implementation/warranty
Constant collaboration with stakeholders on continuous improvement at every stage through planning, executing, and evaluating
Flexible on shift schedules and willing to work overtime to meet business deadline

What we are looking for
Finished at least two (2) years in college (Bachelor’s degree an advantage)
Quick to adapt with proven experience learning new products, technologies, and tools
Thorough knowledge of analysis with regards to information gathering, requirements writing, etc.,
Excellent negotiating skills and an ability to manage inter-departmental work relationships
Must at least pass current job expectations and meet performance metrics
Excellent comprehension, analytical and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Innovative and creative, with the ability to generate new and unique ideas, along with solutions to problems and opportunities.
HYBRID Work Arrangement – amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business needs AND/OR current external environment/situation)
