JOB SUMMARY: The DUP Coordinator serves in a dual role capacity by assisting with both starts and closings for the division. This position is responsible for working closely with and providing a communication link between the sales managers, sales representatives, preferred lender and Title Company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the daily starts and closings meetings - gather and update all pertinent information.
Review and distribute all daily starts with Operations leadership.
Coordinate all necessary documents, appraisals, and inspections with lenders on pending loans.
Maintain data entry in Starts and Closings reports.
Coordinate and manage paperwork of all HUDs.
Manage pending sale process. Track sales reporting and open escrow.
Coordinate contract process, including auditing of all contracts.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Minimum of a high school education; Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience:
Prefer at least 1 year of direct mortgage/lending experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong people skills, including the capability to handle various personalities and develop professional relationships
Action oriented, with the drive to push projects and tasks to successful closure
Proven ability of being customer centric by seeking solutions from the customer's perspective

Makes quick and accurate decisions based heavily on facts, data and/or metrics
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Work Requirements:
Work 8-hour days with flexibility for overtime when necessary
Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers, trade partners, and coworkers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company
Position is onsite and based in our Bellevue Division Office (320 120th Ave N.E., Bellevue, WA 98005) #LI-onsite
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000-65,000 per year depending on experience, paid semi-monthly.
Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
