Job Description
As a member of the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU), the Enablement Lead is responsible for facilitating learning initiatives for the Consulting Practice. For new Professional Services employees, you will help coordinate their preparation for entry into the consulting practice, including facilitating the training and development for a team of university graduates participating in our Global Associate Consulting Program. Activities include conducting workshops, coordinating instructor-led training, handling logistics and administrative work, and guiding individuals through structured learning activities defined within the various enablement programs.
Additionally, you will be in a unique position to help with the on-going growth and development of the overall practice [e.g., continuing education and skilling] as well as Consulting Enablement programs. You will be responsible for assisting in the ongoing development of enablement training and associated materials; including working with other departments to augment existing materials provided by them. Such activities include administering feedback sessions, revising or developing content based on participant feedback and new program initiatives, partnering with team members to ensure a consistent experience across all offices, and providing support as requested for overall Enablement operations.
Responsibilities

• Provide feedback and motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, creativity, and individual ownership
• Support new initiatives and upskilling efforts within the various programs that will advance the goals of Enablement or the Consulting Practice
• Work effectively and cross-functionally across the organization, earning trust and establishing relationships throughout
• Partner with the Consulting organization to identify and advocate for their specific enablement needs
• Develop an understanding of PS responsibilities and functions to better identify requirements and create training activities
· Operational responsibilities including scheduling meetings, tracking learner intake, and reporting data
• Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
• Participate in the recruiting process for future Associate Consulting classes
• Drive, support and promote culture and community, team building, engagement, D&I and volunteer events
• Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the capabilities of NetSuite
• Strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills are required
• Develop content, create learning paths and deliver new hire onboarding programs for the consulting practice across multiple roles and ensure new hires complete their enablement objectives
• Conduct needs assessments and feedback efforts with key collaborators
• Support and drive brand-awareness and the mission of the practice, throughout NetSuite
• Support and lead development of communications, collateral, social media presence, etc.
· Perform ad hoc responsibilities as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent people skills with the ability to work in a global, team environment
• Experience in consulting, preferably in enterprise ERP software implementations
• Prior training and development experience preferred; ideally in a consulting capacity
• Proactive approach and desire to launch and successfully implement new initiatives
• Strong teammate with the ability to organize, prioritize, and run internal and external responsibilities simultaneously
• Successful resource allocation, timeline and project management experience
• Ability to create and track metrics

Hiring Range: from $27.02 to $54.13 per hour; from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
