Your training will include reading shop drawings and blueprints, machine operation, and/or using manual and hand tools. You will be required to meet standard operating procedures in the shop, meet established daily productivity goals, participate in 5S, apply continuous improvement principles, and if certified, drive a forklift. You will engage in a safe working environment by following safety procedures, wearing company provided PPE, and participate in safety suggestion programs. There is exposure to constant or intermittent sound of pitch sufficient to cause distraction. There is exposure to vibration when using power tools and equipment.
