Training Manual Enhancement: Revise and enhance the training manual for both new and current employees, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and safety requirements.
Efficiency Improvement: Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency. Streamline workflows and procedures to optimize overall operations.
Process Re-writing: Develop and implement improved processes across various departments, focusing on enhancing productivity and reducing errors.
Safety Emphasis: Emphasize safety protocols within the industry. While OSHA experience is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and effectively communicate safety practices is crucial.
Analytical Skills: Analyze existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance overall effectiveness.
Training in Warehouse Operations and Sales: Provide training in warehouse operations and sales processes to ensure staff members are well-versed in all aspects of the business.
ERP System Integration: Incorporate relevant information into the training manual regarding the use of the ERP system (Mark Information Systems) for seamless integration into daily operations.
Utilization of AI System (GRAIN): Leverage the capabilities of the GRAIN AI system for recording and transcribing conversations, automating the manual-writing process for increased efficiency.

Requirements:
Proven Educational Training Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering effective training programs.
Analytical and Process Improvement Skills: Ability to analyze processes critically, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes for increased efficiency.
Familiarity with ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems, particularly Mark Information Systems, is advantageous.
Safety Consciousness: Understanding and commitment to safety practices within an industry with inherent risks.
Adaptability and Learning Orientation: Openness to learning new technologies and systems, including GRAIN AI, for continuous process improvement.
Experience Level: A few years of relevant experience, but open to individuals who are newer to the workforce and eager to contribute in a small family-operated business.
Cultural Fit: Preferably seeking an individual who appreciates and thrives in a small, family-operated business environment, as opposed to someone from a heavily corporate background.
