　　Training Specialist

　　Shift: 3rd shift 7pm-7am rotating shift

　　What does a great Training Specialist do?

　　You will support the knowledge, skills, and efficiency of Fiserv’s Associates by delivering engaging instruction, facilitation, and administration in new hire and skill improvement learning sessions for Output Solutions associates, as well as assisting in the design and development of learning materials and content.

　　What you will do:

　　Provide support to improve operator efficiencies.

　　Deliver any training classes or work one on one with operators identified by PM reports with the support/recommendation of management.

　　Determine a calendar for each new hire. (I.e., when a module would be delivered, when follow up should occur, etc.)

　　Identify any gaps in training with new hires.

　　Provide management with new hire performance reports.

　　Ensure training content is up to date.

　　Support any contract or certification requirements and deliver training.

　　Facilitate ‘New Employee Orientation’ and ‘Compliance Refresher’ training.

　　What you will need to have:

　　Minimum 1.5 years experience in production

　　Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

　　Advanced organizational and time management skills

　　Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel

　　Strong coaching skills including mediation

　　What would be great to have:

　　High School Diploma or equivalent, is required.

　　Leadership skills

　　Self-motivation to meet deadlines.
