Our Dispatchers are responsible for:

　　Consistently review routes and make adjustments for efficiency.

　　Maintain route productivity of spare use.

　　Respond to customer inquiries such as vehicle location, ETA, and ride times in a timely. manner and maintain a standard call answer rate.

　　Schedule same-day changed transportation for customers, i.e. will-call service.

　　Monitor emails and handle as appropriate.

　　Provide excellent customer service.

　　Relay changes to carriers with updated manifests.

　　Schedule all the unscheduled trips no less the one hour prior to scheduled windows.

　　Complete all carrier transfers.

　　Perform data entry for non MDC manifests, as needed.

　　Essential job functions:

　　Ability to proficiently operate a windows-based computer with keystroke speed of no less than 35 corrected words per minute.

　　Ability to communicate clearly in the English language.

　　Able to utilize a standard business telephone.

　　Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
