　　Experience in corporate training and use the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) model and the Analysis, Design,

　　Development, Implement, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process to develop new and revised training initiatives.

　　Strong communication skills to interact with employees, contractors, customers, auditors, and visitors to explain and promote the training programs.

　　Ensure the development, revision and maintenance of training materials to meet regulatory requirements.

　　Familiar with learning management systems, Portfolio experience preferred.

As a Training Department Manager in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. The Training Manager is key to the success of training and development for the Fuel Business Unit at Framatome. Responsible for every aspect of developing, promoting, delivering, and managing the safety program training. Ensures compliance with federal nuclear, state, and local regulations and company policy. Interacts regularly with French colleagues in an highly matrixed environment. This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

　　Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required.

　　Your Total Rewards Package

　　The range of base salary for the position is between $104,000 - $141,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
