　　Job Description:

　　About the Role:

　　The Training Coordinator role at the Lancaster location provides training support to the Manufacturing plant, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

　　Track site training completion and skills gap

　　Build well-written technical training for production equipment and/or lines

　　Adjust facilitation style to meet the needs of the audience by selecting appropriate training mediums, such as manuals or online videos

　　Deliver accurate training/documentation under tight deadlines

　　Communicate effectively with all levels across the site

　　Important Details: This is a full-time role performed on-site. Normal day shift hours with occasional duties on evening shifts.

　　About You:

　　You’ll fit right in if you have: Two years Training experience in a Manufacturing environment. Associate Degree preferred

　　Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.

　　Working experience in technical writing of software documentation and basic knowledge of video editing programs

　　Ability to work across multiple shifts to meet the needs of a multi-shift operating environment

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills
