If you have a knack for organising and coordinating educational workshops, we're looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team and help us elevate our training programs to new heights! As the Training coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating technical training programs, with an emphasis on leveraging e-learning platforms and leading the JBT Livingston Apprenticeship Program. Your responsibilities will include managing both in-person and online training schedules, tracking participant progress, and ensuring a seamless and engaging training experience. The ideal Training coordinator candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to learn about e-learning technologies and work collaboratively with various teams. Responsibilities What we’re looking for in a Training coordinator – Passion for fostering continuous learning Desire to teach others Excellent communicator in multiple forms Willing to learn on the job Positive relationship builder Qualification in a related field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in coordinating training programs Responsibilities of our Training coordinator include - Plan, schedule, and coordinate technical training programs, including both traditional and e-learning formats Ensure all logistical aspects of training sessions are organized, both for in-person and virtual settings. Coordinate and administer apprentice programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Collaborate with departments to identify apprentice needs and develop tailored training plans. Facilitate the onboarding process for apprentices, including orientation and introductions to mentors. Collect feedback from mentors and apprentices to assess the effectiveness of the program. Implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation results.
