Together, we won't stop!T-Mobile's Corporate Strategy & Analysis team is an internal consulting team that works with executive leaders from across the company. Leveraging deep problem solving skills, the team delivers insights and helps leaders make critical strategic and operational decisions. This role owns workstreams on projects that tackle complex and ambiguous problems and drive transformational change (e.g., Sprint merger), create new businesses (e.g., Home Internet), and bring innovation to T-Mobile's customers (e.g., Binge On). A Corporate Strategy Manager structures analyses, performs analyses, and delivers insights to support those decisions.Job Responsibilities:Ability to source dataAbility to create high quality assumptions when there is high uncertaintyAbility to build comprehensive easy to understand financial modelsStructure analytical problems, extracting and analyzing data, and presenting findings.Build financial and other decision-making models.Synthesize recommendations and understand their impact on the business.Work with client organizations to build buy-in and drive change.Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options.Coordinate cross-functional activities, such as analysis for CS&A input and message development.Perform a leading role on projects, working closely with internal clients to understand key business issues and structure problem solving approaches.Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.Education:Bachelor's Degree Business (Finance, Accounting, Finance)), Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative/ technical fields (e.g., Engineering, Math, Physical science etc.)Sciences) (Required)Master's/Advanced Degree Business Administration or quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Operations Research). (Preferred)PHD ( Preferred)Work Experience:4-7 years Related Corporate Strategy experience.Less than 2 years Management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or other experience requiring quantitative analysis ()Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Problem Solving "Consulting-style" problem solving that can break ambiguous problems into pieces using a hypothesis-driven approach. (Required)Analytics Perform broad array of analytic capabilities: descriptive analytics on big data sets, predictive analytics, complex modeling, etc.. (Required)Financial Analysis Comfort with reading and understanding implications of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements. (Required)Executive Level Presentations Contextually modulate language and message to tailor to audience (presenting up to VP level). (Required)Communication Build logical narrative structures independently and create compelling visualizations. (Required)* At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized to work in the United StatesWashington Pay Range: $116,500.00 - $157,600.* The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.* At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentiv
