About Trainer Coordinator

  Job Overview

  Under guidance, supports the effective delivery of product and/or employee development training programs to internal and external audiences.

  Essential Functions

  • Designs and develops training materials related to employee development, on-the-job training, internal presentations (Instructor-led trainings) on industry/company topics of interest and employee orientation.

  • Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors evaluation and effectiveness of programs.

  • Coordinates participation in in-house training programs.

  • Prepares materials, rosters and evaluations for on/off-site training sessions.

  • Provides training sessions to employees & consultants including trainings in the laboratory for laboratory equipment and compliance trainings.

  • Maintains documentation of training.

  • Provide ongoing support to previously trained employees.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Req in sciences preferred (biology or chemistry or biochemistry); has to have knowledge of lab equipment & procedures.

  • Two (2) years in the organization development/ training specialty. Req.

  • Good knowledge & experience in Good documentation Practices (GDP) & Good laboratory Practices (GLP).

  • Intermediate ( he/she will do a lot of word & excel) level of PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel), an advanced level of skill in presentation tools (PowerPoint), and excellent organization and communication skills.

  •Bilingual (French/English) required for this position. Speaking: advance skills in English & French. Reading: Intermediate. Writing : intermediate to advanced.

  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and maintains customer focus.

  • Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.

  • Presentation skills: able to explain the content of the training & to present in front of many employees (i.e. sometimes trainings of more than 100-150 employees).

  Fonctions essentielles • Conçoit et développe du matériel de formation lié au développement des employés, à la formation en cours d'emploi, aux présentations internes (formations dirigées par un instructeur) sur des sujets d'intérêt de l'industrie/de l'entreprise et à l'orientation des employés. • Tenir des registres des activités de formation et des progrès des employés et surveiller l'évaluation et l'efficacité des programmes. • Coordonne la participation aux programmes de formation internes. • Prépare le matériel, les listes et les évaluations pour les sessions de formation sur site/hors site. • Fournit des sessions de formation aux employés et aux consultants, y compris des formations en laboratoire pour les équipements de laboratoire et des formations sur la conformité. • Tient à jour la documentation de la formation. • Fournir un soutien continu aux employés préalablement formés.

  Qualifications • Exigence d'un baccalauréat en sciences de préférence (biologie ou chimie ou biochimie) ; doit avoir une connaissance de l'équipement et des procédures de laboratoire. • Deux (2) années dans la spécialité développement organisationnel/formation. Exig. • Bonnes connaissances et expérience des bonnes pratiques de documentation (BPD) et des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire (BPL). • Niveau intermédiaire (il/elle fera beaucoup de Word & Excel) de compétences informatiques (Microsoft Word, Excel), un niveau avancé de compétences dans les outils de présentation (PowerPoint) et d'excellentes compétences en organisation et en communication. •Bilingue (français/anglais) requis pour ce poste. Parler : compétences avancées en anglais et en français. Lecture : Intermédiaire. Écriture : intermédiaire à avancé. • Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs projets et à maintenir l'orientation client. • Capacité à effectuer des analyses modérées et à recueillir des informations pour résoudre des problèmes sur des questions non routinières. • Compétences de présentation : capable d'expliquer le contenu de la formation et de le présenter devant de nombreux employés (c'est-à-dire parfois des formations de plus de 100 à 150 employés).
