　　Kalmar, part of Cargotec, is looking for an enthusiastic student to join the Kalmar HR team as a summer trainee. With this position, you will have hands-on experience with challenging tasks and the possibility to participate in the development of HR processes/tools on a global scale. The summer trainee period is from May to the end of August. The role will be based in the corporate head office in Helsinki, Ruoholahti.

　　Main tasks and responsibilities

　　Support and assist the Kalmar HR Team with its complex and challenging transformation agenda

　　Gather and organize data related to Kalmar HR initiatives

　　HR content creation (Intranet & External Kalmar webpage)

　　Participate in on-going learning & development projects such as

　　Talent planning

　　Leadership processes

　　Wellbeing

　　Diverse development programs raised from the business

　　What you’ll need to succeed

　　You should have a calling for learning & development and interest towards working with different systems and tools, such as LMS (Learning Management System) and social intranet

　　We expect you to be a student in a University or polytechnic

　　Previous experience in working both independently and in a highly collaborative environment

　　Strong communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English are required in this position

　　Google Sheets skills and database handling experience is beneficial

　　Finally, an outstanding sense of humour will be helpful in succeeding in our team
