Job Summary:

The Red Hat Marketing team is currently looking for a Marketing Trainee interested in Enterprise Marketing to join us in Bangalore, India. You have the opportunity to work across the following areas:

Enterprise Marketing - financial services, industrial edge, telco and public sector, Account-Based Marketing, Executive Engagement.

As an trainee, you will work closely with your mentors and gain experience on the technical side, and you will be interacting with a broader team both locally and globally.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with your mentors to build your experience of B2B marketing - including how it’s like to work within a fast-paced environment within a technology company

Learn the fundamental skills required to be a successful B2B marketer - including digital/content marketing and events (physical and digital)

Have ownership of a number of critical marketing activities supporting our industry marketing across segments such as financial services, telecommunications, public sector and industrial edge (manufacturing)

Be an important contributor to a broader marketing organisation.

Required Skills:

Background in Marketing and/or Business - as part of tertiary education

Working knowledge of written and spoken English

Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally

Willingness to learn new things and proactivity working as a part of a wider team

Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in a tech/B2B marketing environment.
