　　Responsible for the efficient organization of crewsFacilitate training and coaching to ensure a high standard ofexcellenceRecognize and address issues/problems that may arise among crewmembers and provide effective resolutionAccountable for following project plans/schedules, ensuring thatcrews perform activities to meet production goalsIdentify needs and deficiencies in the schedule and communicatethese to the appropriate individualsIdentify, verify, and report any scheduling conflicts with othercrews and subcontractors to the appropriate individualsResponsible and accountable for the safety of the crews underhis/her directionKnow, understand, and communicate safety policies & procedures toensure compliance in all areas of safetyEnsure timely responses, actions, and corrections to any safetyissueQualifications

　　IMSA tech certifiedPrior experience with traffic signal lights preferredAt least 5 years of prior electrical experience in heavyconstructionKnowledge of project construction scope and objectiveValid drivers license requiredTHIS IS A UNION POSITION
