Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Mechatroniker:in (M/W/D) mit Kenntnissen in den Bereichen Anlagenbau, Ausbildung, Qualitätssicherung und betriebliche Sicherheit.

　　Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

　　Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Laserbebilderungs- und Belichtungsanlagen

　　Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und Fehlern in der Produktion

　　Entwicklung und Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität

　　Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und -richtlinien

　　Unterstützung bei Aufgaben der betrieblichen Sicheheit

　　Schulung und Unterstützung von Auszubildenden

　　Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen und Ergebnissen

　　Ihr Profil

　　Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker/in Meister/in Mechatronik oder vgl. Alternativ Mechatroniker/in oder vgl. mit entsprechender Erfahrung

　　Solider Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen

　　Fähigkeit zur analytischen Strukturierung

　　Prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln

　　Gute Englischkenntnisse

　　Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil

　　Ausbilderschein oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben

　　Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean-Produktion von Vorteil

　　Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise im Team

　　Flexibles Denken und Handeln sowie Qualitätsbewusstsein
