  Overview and Essential Functions

  Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Then you may have found your next career move. We’re looking for Traffic Control/Foreman Flaggers, based out of Greenville, SC, to join our team and help connect America.

  What you'll do :

  Lead and assist in the activities of flagging crew associated with traffic control towards achieving production goals following customer guidelines and specifications.

  Provide Line assist/flagging duties (direct traffic) to ensure safe travel of all moving or stationary objects (people, vehicles, and/or equipment) within general public areas where worksites are active.

  Drives and/or operate diesel or gasoline powered vehicle/equipment to/from/on jobsite.

  Inspect equipment, work quality, specifications, etc. of work crews.

  Property or worksite restoration

  Performs general construction work under direction of Supervisor

  Maintain OSHA logs and other reporting.

  Qualifications

  Who we are looking for:

  At least 18 years old

  Authorized to work in the United States for this company

  Currently have valid driver’s license

  Able to direct work duties of other individuals

  Currently certified as a Flagger (Flagging certification must be maintained)

  Able to operate various types of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools in a safe manner

  Able to demonstrate the ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies

  You are proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc), Google applications, and/or other construction related software aplications

  Can communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.

  Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance

  Able to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call) and in all weather conditions
