A rapidly expanding essential business manufacturer of pre-moistened wipes for the consumer market, specializing in personal care, hygiene, household cleaning and disinfection products seeking a Logisitcs Coordinator for their logistics operations team. Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
-Work with domestic and international factories to schedule and track shipments of parts and product to the US and other countries. ( International and domestic shipping)
-Liaise and negotiate with carriers full truck loads and LTL's
-Plan routes and process shipments, including packing lists and bills of ladings
-Provide daily update to finance on all shipments including claims, credit issues, lost or damaged product.
-Manual management/tracking of major customer shipments, including cartage costs, securing transportation
-Working with local team to ensure proper invoicing and readying shipment
-Request quotes for all types of freight
-Liasie between buisness and the customers to manage delivery expectations
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Order Entry Operations:
-Knowledge of SAP
-Review WIP RMAS to manage timely credit to customers and issue credit memos
-Work with warehouse on daily SAP/Shippng issues, release of work orders
-Must be comfortable utilizing Excel and MRP/ERP systems
