　　Location: Cleveland, Ohio

　　Pay: $20 / hr - Overtime Required

　　Description:

　　Will be doing constant quality checks from the raw materials all down to the finished goods within food manufacturing.

　　Since this is an FDA regulated facility quality it extremely important.

　　Will perform various quality tests such as metal analysis, salt content, fat content, Foss test, bacteria checks, microbiology, oxygen analysis, liquid analysis, pH test, butter content, and more.

　　Will do milk plating and analyze results.

　　Run test to look for bacteria in products.

　　Responsible for identifying quality issues and relaying it to production and necessary people in the lab.

　　Conduct floor checks on 1 hour cycles.

　　Address quality with production workers in a receptacle manner .

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelor of Science degree preferred.

　　Will take someone without a degree with comparable work experience.
