About Tradefloor Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Tradefloor Support Analyst to join our team based in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be a vital part of our IT support, handling both the first and second line of global IT support for the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Efficiently managing and resolving Tier 1 and 2 incidents

• Troubleshooting various computer and network-related issues

• Collaborating and escalating Tier 3 incidents when necessary

• Recording all incidents using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

• Responding to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, Microsoft Teams, and email

• Provisioning computer equipment and peripherals for employees, as well as maintaining and repairing existing IT equipment

• Handling tasks related to Active Directory, Mail filters, Anti-Virus, RSA, Nexthink, and other operational tools

• Installing, configuring, and upgrading end-user software and hardware

• Providing training and guidance to users and teams on best practices

• Supporting global IT initiatives

• Performing administrative tasks such as asset management, status reporting, and project planning. Requirements • The candidate must have proficiency in Mobile Device Management, showcasing the ability to manage, support, and troubleshoot mobile devices in a corporate setting.

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM is required, demonstrating skills in managing IT services and understanding of IT service management frameworks.

• Proficiency in Office 365 is a necessity, including expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

• The candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly understand and resolve technical issues on the trade floor.

• Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will need to explain technical issues in a clear, non-technical manner to staff and stakeholders.

• The candidate should have a strong understanding of trade floor operations, including the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Previous experience in a similar role or environment is highly desirable, demonstrating the candidate's ability to handle the unique challenges of a trade floor.

• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, showcasing the candidate's foundational knowledge in the discipline.

• The candidate should be able to work flexible hours, as trade floor operations often require support outside of traditional business hours.

• A proven track record of team collaboration and working effectively within a team is necessary for this role. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
