Join our team in Munich and become a vital part of Trade Marketing at the LEGO Group. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Trade Marketing Manager to create innovative instore branding for the D-A-CH region guided by insights and a strong shopper understanding!
Core Responsibilities
Being responsible for LEGO permanent instore branding at third party brick-and-mortar retail partners across the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Being a local expert for all permanent, locally installed components reaching from generic distant-ID material to audience-specific engagement solutions, containing innovative omnichannel and digital elements
Conceptualize scalable yet differentiated and targeted solutions, serving needs in a diverse market from small retailers to omnichannel big players
Leverage retailer, shopper and consumer insights and translate findings into action. Track and evaluate results and adapt processes and materials accordingly
Budget ownership including strategic prioritization in line with business priorities as well as Sales and Marketing needs and opportunities
Bringing external developments in and generate ideas proactively to ensure Trade Marketing innovation in omnichannel spaces

The LEGO Marketing Team brings one of the world’s most iconic brands, and its products for consumers and shoppers to life. Our Marketing Team consists of amazing marketeers who distil audience insights, take decisions rooted in data, and develop and implement effective marketing plans, with 360 campaigns including traditional and digital media, events and instore execution, ensuring strong media presence and engagement. We translate global audience and franchise strategies into local go-to-market-strategies for EUC.
Trade Marketing in particular ensures industry leading POS presence – online and offline. Our new colleague will take ownership for a consistent and innovative instore branding at retail partners guided by omnichannel shopper journey thinking and data & insights driven way of working.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven expertise in Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing or Sales within FMCG or premium consumer brands
Track record of designing and rolling out innovative projects in the area of Trade Marketing
Commercial savvy, strong shopper first thinking, deep understanding of omnichannel Trade Marketing as well as retail-landscape
Strong strategic and comprehensive end to end thinking and ability of translating strategy into local priorities for Trade Marketing
Relationship builder and collaborator with a strong ability to influence and gain trust quickly
Drive for results – championing effectiveness and data centricity, bravery to test hypotheses and ability to turn learnings into action
Fluent English and German language skills
