HOW YOU WILL DO IT PurposeStatement: The Manager - Trade Compliance works within our AMER regionalteam to drive accurate cost allocation and ensure the compliance of theimport and export program. Manages post import and export transactionprograms and initiatives through the direct supervision of TradeCompliance Analysts who are responsible for data management, costallocation and the integrity of data declared to government agencies.Key Job Accountabilities: Provide subject matter expertise in import andexport compliance, reporting and recordkeeping requirements, and othertrade related areas to internal and external stakeholders. Design,implement, and sustain a system of management for all post import andexport related processes including but not limited to data governance,expense coding and payments to brokers and government agencies, refundtracking, transactional testing and auditing, broker management,recordkeeping, completing and filing of corrections with governmentagencies, duty drawback requests, and value reconciliation. Conductperiodic risk assessments and manage the compliance of post import andexport transactions by establishing an auditing program. Workcross-functionally to ensure that compliance auditing metrics andresults are understood to drive root cause corrective action withinternal and external stakeholders to mitigate risk.
