　　National Vision is currently looking for a Trade Compliance / Supply Replenishment to join our growing team!

　　Job Summary

　　The role ensures that the Company and its suppliers comply with all international and domestic trade requirements and remains in stock on Store Use Supplies in all Distribution Centers, Labs, and Stores while minimizing the dollar investment in Supplies inventory.

　　What Would You Do? The Specifics.

　　Registers all Company facilities with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and maintains active registrations as required by FDA. Keeps abreast of all current regulations to ensure compliance.

　　Purchases surety bond(s) and ensures they remain in effect continuously as required by United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

　　Works with accounting to analyze and submit the reconciliation entry information to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for all customs entries flagged as reconciliation eligible.

　　Researches, analyzes and evaluates vendors and provides support to the organization for problems with vendor products and services. Prepares Vendor Performance reports for suppliers to Company and recommends new suppliers.

　　Maintains proper levels of Store Use Supplies inventories in each location and for the company as a whole.

　　Forecasts and projects future needs of domestic Supplies and issues Purchase Orders for domestic vendors weekly or more frequently if needed.

　　Forecasts and projects future needs of Direct Import (DI) Supplies and issues DI Purchase Orders to vendors.

　　Creates transfers of Supplies between locations where needed.

　　Supports New Store Opening by creating transfers for merchandise and supplies needed, adding the store to automated replenishment system and following up regarding any missing items.

　　Deactivates automated replenishment system for closing stores and receives supplies back into inventory.

　　Manages discontinued Frame inventory to ensure it is eliminated quickly and properly.

　　Coordinates imports for frames and supplies by preparing the proper documentation for receiving the products and investigates inventory discrepancies.

　　Creates Ad Hoc inventory data reports within the inventory control system (AS400 & JDA) as needed and resolves all billing, shipping, and receiving discrepancies with vendors, Distribution Centers, Labs, and accounting.

　　Approves invoices for payment for items/services purchased without a PO.

　　Sources and purchases replacements for damaged/missing Patient-Owned Frames as needed and manages disposition from the Distribution Center of discontinued Store Use Supplies.

　　Work Experience

　　2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)Education

　　Four year college degree or equivalent experience. experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, such as accounting, marketing, business administration, agriculture etc.Additional Skills
