Responsibilities

　　• Build, Develop and Lead team of MSA engineers for successful, timely and high-quality delivery of system models for use in the system design decisions.

　　• Collaborate with Global teams for ensuring optimal team engagement across global projects.

　　• Evaluate New Project proposals with stakeholders and team members for feasibility, negotiate and establish value proposition for project pursuit.

　　• Coordinate multiple projects across multiple team members ensuring successful execution.

　　• Provide regular project status and updates to direct leader.

　　• Identify and Drive initiatives that improve productivity and operational efficiency within team.

　　• Drive excellence in deliverables and product innovation.

　　• Maintain Employee engagement and conduct performance reviews developing direct reports.

　　• Lead organizational level initiatives with respect to people, process, technology, and innovation at BW TCI.

　　• Identify organizational inefficiencies and promote continuous improvement.

　　• Mentor/Support/Coach direct report teamwork, growth and performance.

　　• Create an environment of continuous learning and a culture of growth mindset.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Master’s/bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering

　　Strong understanding of automotive powertrain systems and integration aspects

　　12+ year of experience in any of the automotive design and development areas

　　5+ years of experience in development and application of model and simulations or analysis for supporting system design.

　　Excellent command over Project management skill and risk mitigation.

　　Demonstrated excellent inter-personal, communication and team building skills.

　　Passion for developing people and next generation leaders

　　Preferred Experience

　　Automotive vehicle-level experience with exposure to Power training design, development, and test cycles.

　　Demonstrated people leadership and building teams.

　　Skilled in 2D or 3D electric design and dynamics/electromagnetics/thermal.
