　　The Position

　　Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

　　Customer screening against global watch listsReview of transactions to ensure compliance with laws and regulationsIdentification of transactions requiring further due diligence and escalationProviding input to leadership for process improvements

　　Specific responsibilities:

　　Strong application and data analysis skills.Assist with internal audits and data gatheringConduct process audits to ensure complianceDevelops and continually improves business processes by assisting with process audits and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projects

　　Requirements:

　　High School education preferably with technical base or administration, logistics or equivalent.Proficient written and spoken English, previous work experience with international teamProficient with MS Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word)Good communication skills - understand issues and to be able to formulate and articulate the most appropriate solutions to resolve themHave the ability to positively influence team / colleagues and customers in a professional manner
