About the Role:
The Tracked Vehicle Engineering Project Manager provides engineering leadership of a cross-functional team with responsibility and authority to deliver key engineering products and integrate and test them at the subsystem and vehicle level. The Engineering Project Manager leads or oversees related performance activities and drives key engineering decisions to meet project schedule and cost goals.

Responsible for cost and schedule management of Design Engineering and Systems Engineering product teams for various M10 Booker vehicle scope areasEnsures product is developed in accordance with GDLS engineering standards to achieve program requirementsProvide direction and guidance to applicable stakeholders to deliver technical products and deliverables to support project milestonesManage M10 Booker Design Engineering and Systems Engineering product teams to deliver on technical scope within project constraints, and ensures customer expectations are metSignature authority over related scope, schedule, and budget decisionsResponsible for review and approval of related products / CDRLs / Milestone review contentIndividual will have control account responsibility for Design Engineering and Systems EngineeringMakes trade/technical decisions in coordination with Chief EngineerResponsible for execution and management of design release to Engineering Release Plan (ERP) for required projectsResponsible for related subcontractor performance and coordination for engineering tasksLead engineer for GDLS Leadership and Customers on Engineering IPT scope executionCoordinate with functional departments on related technical resource needsSupports negotiations of technical requirements, scope and deliverablesParticipates as part of the M10 Booker Leadership Team in developing plans and guidance, making critical program decisions, and leading the execution of that directionPosition Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringMinimum 10 years of applicable experienceExperience in design, development and integration of military vehiclesExperience in Subcontractor Technical ManagementHighly motivated performerWorks well in a team and individuallyMust be able to work occasional evening and/or weekend overtime
