We are looking for a proactive individual to join ourTransitions team guiding clients through the onboarding and serviceexpansion journey with InfoSync. This role owns the entire process fromsales to live service and is responsible for ensuring a smoothtransition to our client services teams. Our Transitions ProjectManagers are responsible for planning and coordinating businessactivities and managing the successful completion of tasks, milestones,and overall project deliverables, while working collaboratively withbusiness and IT stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Utilize our project management methodology to coordinate and managecritical onboarding, transition, and expansion client projects.
Identify, schedule, and track project deliverables, milestones andrequired tasks. Measure and report progress toward completion.
Bring clarity and focus to immediate tasks, simplifying large processesinto manageable steps for completion.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients from day one, with focuson building relationships between client and InfoSync teams to create aseamless transition to the ongoing client services team.
Proactively identify and escalate project issues such as timing, missedrequirements or resource constraints, and provide mitigationrecommendations to management.
Motivate and influence project stakeholders and decisions makers to moveprojects forward, resolve conflicts, and solve challenges.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, accounting, or other related field or fouryears of related experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles such as reading financialstatements, P&Ls, balance sheets, and sales records
Intermediate Excel skills and understanding of formulas available toexpediate task processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead a cross-functional team in solving problems anddirecting outcomes
Ability to work successfully in a remote role, self-manage daily tasks,and build relationships virtually with both internal and externalcustomers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint applications
Preferred
Project management work experience or PMP certification
Strong planning and organizational skills with proven experiencemanaging projects, including cross-functional projects
Experience with project management systems. MS Project applicationpreferred.
