HR Technology Analyst
The HR Technology team manages the foundational system platforms, as well as the business processes, in place to support the employee life cycle. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Technology, the HR Technology Analyst will support aspects of our HR Technology infrastructure, focusing specifically on the technical needs within our Oracle HCM environment. In coordination with Omnicell’s IT team and the HR Technology organization, this role will primarily assist with interfaces, data loads, workflows and other technical requests from the business.
Responsibilities
Provide global support in design, development, and testing for projects related to our HR Technology platforms.
Create auto complete rules to validate business transactions and enhance the data integrity and minimize the need of auditing the data after the fact.
Create mass loading templates using HDL and HSDL to help load high volume data to support various business needs.
Write, maintain and support a various workflows needed for new/changed business processes.
Support quarterly system updates, test and make recommendations for enhancements.
Gather detailed requirements and document business workflows for reporting needs from the HR Technology platforms.
Perform testing including regression, user acceptance, integration and performance to verify that the requirements are met.
Develop People data/analytics, reports and dashboards to proactively support managers’ and senior leaders’ People strategies.
Create and maintain process documentation, procedure guides and/or training materials for end users.
Assist in developing train-the-trainer approach for new administrators or new/changed business processes.
Coordinate or provide timely first level support for troubleshooting all HR Tech-related reporting support requests sent into HR Help Desk or the People Operations/HRIS team.
Effectively communicate components of created reports, relaying information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and, specifically HCM extracts, APIs, HDL, and Workflows.
Strong experience in development and support activities, including research, design, development, testing, and implementation of HR Technology applications.
Ability to recognize and recommend improvements
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be detail oriented in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and confidentiality
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3 years of HR Techno Analyst experience or related analyst role
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud OTBI, Tableau, HCM Analytics
Experience with incident management application (ServiceNow, HR Helpdesk, Jira)
Strong business acumen with understanding of HR business processes and operations
Outstanding consultative, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills with ability to build effective partnerships across the organization
Ability to work autonomously and assume ownership for achieving collective goals
Ability to understand and gauge impact for complex dependencies across multiple apps and workflows across an organization
Experience with implementing systems, developing end-to-end business processes, documenting requirements and creating quick start guides for end users
Experiece with Ceridian Dayforce payroll a plus
Intense desire for constant learning and process improvement
