This role is an individual contributor who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Provides centralized human resource services on Philippines’ government-mandated benefits such as SSS, EC, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig, and BIR.
Prepares monthly statutory reports. Ensures accurate and timely posting of reports to government offices.
Ensures the timely facilitation and processing of employees’ application for government loans and all other APAC government-mandated benefits.
Coordinates with Payroll on remittances/reimbursements from different government agencies.
Handles benefit-related invoice management, such as but not limited to coordination with Vendors and Finance, preparation of invoices, and consolidation of reports.
Manages the application, release, and deactivation of Shell Fleet Cards of eligible employees.
Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs.
Supports the administration of company employee benefits, wellness, and compensation programs (eg., Annual Rewards Planning, including but not limited to Total Rewards statement creation, report extraction, and statement distribution)
Must Have
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge on government mandated benefit processing.
Nice to Have
Basic Excel skills
Good communications, people oriented
Experience with HR system (Workday, Peoplefluent, etc) and ticket system in a shared service evironment is highly preferred.
