Job Description

　　Preferred candidates will have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the support of medium scale Linux systems within a fast-paced DevSecOps environment.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Manage, patch, and maintain key infrastructure assets such as servers, networks, and connectivity to external networks.

　　Provide assistance to application developers updating baselines and creating applications.

　　Proactively develop and improve development, test, and maintenance pipelines for development group.

　　Recommend solutions for maximizing efficient use of hardware resources. Identify and procure new or updated assets when necessary.

　　Develop, test and execute deployment procedures for security and feature patches

　　Manage system software configurations and baselines

　　Coordinate expert support to Tier 2 Operations and Maintenance support personnel, including oversight of bug tracking and feature requests.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Required

　　Significant experience maintaining Linux systems (Red Hat or CentOS desired)

　　Experience with remote system management systems (ex: iLO, IPMI, etc.)

　　Experience with application deployment using CI/CD (ex: GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)

　　Experience packaging and managing software applications with RPM and yum

　　Knowledge of network protocols and cybersecurity

　　Education

　　BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience Desired

　　Experience with agile development processes

　　Experience with automating repetitive network tasks (ex: Ansible, Puppet, Bash scripting)

　　Experience with multiple programming languages (dynamic and compiled, especially Python)

　　Experience with containers, Kubernetes, Flask, Jenkins, etc.

　　Experience using or supporting digital signal processing systems, such as X-Midas null
