Description:
Oversee the Tool Room and personnel to meet production requirements in regards to all tooling demand and support.Help provide training, as required, to production and tool room personnel involved with the operation, development, and troubleshooting of tools.
Contribute to leading and abiding by the use of standardized processes for pressroom and tool room to maximize expectations for reliabilityServe as a technical liaison between engineering, tool room, and manufacturing for projectsIdentify continuous improvement opportunities and be actively involved in the implementation, planning and execution of those projectsFlexibility to jump into projects within both engineering, quoting, and quality to help support cross-functional teamwork.
