Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Tissue Processing Lab Technician near Vandalia, OH.

　　Temp to Hire

　　Shift: Monday - Friday 7am- 3:30pm

　　Pay: $18/hr

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Perform processing, debridement, packaging, labeling, and shipment of finished products.

　　Engage in the receiving and inspection of incoming unprocessed tissue.

　　Utilize special techniques, instrumentation, and equipment to clean and size tissue to specifications and protocols.

　　Assist the team lead in maintaining inventory levels for receiving supplies.

　　Conduct lab cleaning activities as per policies, protocols, procedures, and SOPs.

　　Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, and AATB regulations.

　　Complete documentation in processing according to standard operating procedures and quality standards.

　　Support production records as needed.

　　Comply with all company policies, procedures, and SOPs.

　　Take on additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

　　Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma or equivalent.

　　Preferred experience in universal precautions and sterile technique (e.g., surgical technician, medical assistant, lab technician).

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Medium work involving exerting up to 60 pounds of force occasionally.

　　Requires mental and visual acuity, walking, repetitive motion, speaking, grasping, manual dexterity, talking, and hearing.

　　Working & Environmental Conditions:

　　Work in a Biomedical manufacturing environment with proper safety precautions.

　　Use safe workplace practices with manufacturing equipment.

　　Wear appropriate PPE, including gloves, masks, and safety glasses.

　　Avoid trips and falls, observe fire and building safety regulations.

　　Occasional potential exposure to hazards like chemicals, blood, bodily fluids, and sharp objects.
