Description:
Engaging with customers via phone / email / social media / online chat.
Will be assisting customer with banking related inquiries.
Will be responsible for knowing and understanding call policies and procedures.
Will assist in performing customer account transactions. Candidates will be expected to aim for first contact resolution.

1+ years of experience handling high volume inbound phone calls
