Your Opportunity: Corporate Graphics Commercial is seeking a Thursday - Saturday Press Assistant to join our team in North Mankato, MN! In this role, you will provide assistance to our press operators that are running 41' press equipment. Your Responsibilities: Set up and operate feeder end of press Retrieve stock for jobs to be printed Have knowledge of paper weights, finishes, grain, direction, etc. Obtain stock and cut it to specifications when necessary Keep press properly supplied of ink, chemicals, blankets, etc. Notify lead operator of low inventory of house inks or paper Ensure that equipment is cleaned and maintained in proper working condition, and notify lead operator of any concerns Keep work area and equipment clean Able to distinguish color variances while jobs are running on press Perform other related duties as requested Your Shift: Day Shift - Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 6:00am - 6:00pm Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40! Overtime available on Sunday during busy seasons Requirements within this position: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand Regularly required to remain in a stationary position Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
