　　The Red Gate Group is seeking a Project Manager III (Joint Defense Manufacturing Technology Panel Facilitator) to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (OSD) Manufacturing Technology (ManTech). In this role you will take a leadership role in the Joint Defense Manufacturing Technology Panel (JDMTP). The JDMTP is a dynamic collaborative initiative uniting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Defense Logistics Agency, and OSD in pursuit of a common DoD ManTech Program strategic vision.

　　As the facilitator of the JDMTP, you will play a key role in coordinating bi-annual All Hands Meetings, serving as the OSD Executive Secretary, and orchestrating meetings at various levels, including principal, sub-panel technical working group, and action officer levels. Your responsibilities extend to scheduling and leading Action Officers meetings, issuing data calls, and managing information flow among JDMTP Principals, Service and Agency ManTech organizations.

　　Contribute to the creation of the prestigious DoD ManTech Gold Book and annual success stories brochure, showcasing the program's achievements. Drive process improvement and information sharing across the DoD ManTech Program, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in joint endeavors.

　　Your impact goes beyond meetings and documentation; you will support the planning of the annual Defense Manufacturing Conference (DMC) and Defense Manufacturing Technology Achievement Awards, engaging in bi-weekly and later weekly DMC Planning Meetings. Additionally, be a driving force behind JDMTP member participation in key events, such as the annual DoD ManTech Program Congressional Staffer Day and Pentagon Outreach Day.

　　Required Experience & Skills

　　Active Secret Clearance

　　Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university is required with five (5) years of relevant professional experience.

　　Have superior planning, organizational, and communication (written and oral) skills with the ability to tailor efforts and products to the proper level of meeting participants (e.g., working, management, and executive levels).

　　Skill and experience leading team scenarios, driving consensus and conducting collective activities.

　　Experience working with Senior leaders.
